Yep, you can craft it with the Pyrotechnic Star's which u drop in the Event-Map!

I can't test higher modes but normaly you don't need extremly many runs in this event.

DSO team is so stupid to put 2 jewels of rage in the progress bar when you can only put one on your character :(

You can't really blame the dev team, the germans aren't working on this game anymore, it's a small indie company in India and my guess is that they don't know about jewel limits.
You can blame Bella's staff for it.
