Im so happy for your friends and for you, that you all found each other. You showed your vulnerability and concern for them and your heart. For now, you're all together, so embrace " the now" and dont worry about tomorrow. You're doing great and thanks for the videos 😊
Glad you guys are all back together. My take on your openness is that on the AT everything was new to you and each day was new experiences and new terrain. A lot of things to process. You are a seasoned hiker now and the basics are all set so you have the time to take in your surroundings and share this fantastic experience with your hiking partners. The fact that a bit of this hike is a bit dangerous also helps deepen the bond you have with those around you and make any separation difficult. Good luck over the next few weeks. It will be a bit tough minus one. Happy trails and thanks so much for taking us all along.

You have a different attitude to having people sharing time with you on the trail this year. If you are comfortable with your new persona, that's fine. Just be ready for being alone ahead. Others in the Tramily will go their own ways.
Maybe RR can slow down instead of causing herself heartbreak and her tramily utter exhaustion . I realize that what ever opinions I have are irrelevant Edit to add that I just watched the outro & RR said she realizes that things have to be her way or the highway.. Im glad to see she realizes this and compromise is not a weakness
The mighty Boss Bae and Birdcall can only travel so fast. In addition to battling the creek monsters and mighty mighty mosquitos.
I think being up in the high Sierra's for weeks requires a well deserved zero day or two in Mammoth or Bishop.
Everyone in this tramily did a quick in/out through Bishop, but maybe next time a zero or two might have been beneficial for everyone's body and spirit.
I am also watching, Anthony treks who is probably a week ahead of RR in the Sierras. He was totally physically burned out and ready to quit after Silver Pass. He did three zero's in Mammoth lake got medical checkout, talked to other hikers,...then POW....got his groove back.

Just as I typed my last sentence, I unpaused your video and there was the Boss! And, wow! That is some dedicated hiking just to get back to you and Boujee. So happy for you that you were able to meet up with Somewhere. It will be sad to see Boujee go, but I'm pretty sure he'll catch up to you all up the trail. :) As always, safe travels and happy trails! :)
When there is time, even if it is post hike, I would ask that you go back and watch the Boss Bae and Bird Call videos which they posted while separated from you and Bougee.
What you will discover is that even as they were struggling, they were longing for you just as you were longing for them! I realize you know that now, but, if you haven’t watched the videos, you should. They hiked 25 plus miles to catch you guys! It was bitter sweet to watch, but it shows just how much your beautiful heart has grown.
I would add that it also tested their marriage and communication, and some times they need to put their partner first before the rest of the trail family.
It’s so hard to be apart from Tramily out there. Y’all depend on each other and are experiencing this together, and on top of that you don’t know what happened, etc. I totally get this!!! 7:19

Morning, Julianne. Yay, everyone is back together again. Happy for all of you. Views were great today. Loved watching the sun coming up behind the mountain, then moving across the land as ya'll walked the trail. Breakfast looked Ike a whole bunch of food, but I bet you ate it all. It is OK to become attached to a person or a group, to open your heart to them. It is hard when they leave for a time or move out of your life forever. You learn to cherish each moment you have them while at the same time realize they are in your life for a reason. I've learned that if we're willing, we can learn something from everyone we meet. I'm glad you were happy at the end of your day. Thru hiking is a rollercoaster of emotions. I am a solo hiker so do not relate to your tramily style, but I can relate to missing people on trails. I am still in touch with I've met along the years on trails. Never a tramily, always trail friends.

Yea there a day behind you on videos. Bossbay and birddog.They sliped up and accidentally posted day 74 tho on sunday. They skiped 9 days ahead, you know Mandela effect 😅. So i seen stuff. lol i wont say any more tho. If any one seen it its gone now. They deleted it 30 mins after they posted it 😅... love how yall just buggie in the middle of the river 😅... it because you care about them❤❤ and im glad you showed us there youtube channel because i have really enjoyed them and there awsome...

You HAVE to tell Boujee to face upstream when crossing the bigger river crossings. Almost every time you show him crossing he’s facing the other side where you get out of the river while crossing. That’s very dangerous and he can be easily knocked off his feet and swept away. Noticed this MANY times in previous videos. I realize he’s been lucky so far but it only takes one time. On my year on the PCT two separate women were swept away and drowned. Just care about your guys safety. Enjoying your videos… hike on thx

They say the PCT is hard mentally. It's relatively dangerous in places and there are few people around to lend security. So you then to want to cling to a trail family when you find one.

There there RR, I am happy that your tramily is together for now. Stay the course and who knows what will happen and try and embrace that. I have been to Lake Thomas Edison and taken that ferry to start and end sections on the JMT. Great things lie ahead!!
Trail friendships are intense. A tramily member of mine had to rest for a few days near the end of the AT and the rest of the tramily went on. I must have cried for about 5 miles after leaving him. I understand the heartbreak!

ULA, LightAF, AtomPacks, Mountain Laurel Designs would be better alternatives and you pay for quality.
The latest version of iOS has satellite texting included if you have an iphone 14 or newer. I'm curious to find out how it works on the trail.

LOL, "Que sera, sera" was popularized by American Doris Kappelhoff (aka Doris Day), the daughter of two German immigrants. I think the parents added a lump of sugar or two to the mould. I don’t believe in what ever will be will be. There is too much order, design and purpose to life. The plans of a man’s ( or woman) heart are many, but it is the Lord that establishes their steps.
