    Injury risk to biceps if arm is straight.it needs some bend all throughout the stroke.otherwise the long head of biceps can be torn at the shoulder.

    I can't afford the feature shuttles. Does this technique also works with nylon plastic shuttles?

      Yes same technique for both but feathers will fit better with a more consistent flight.

    this whole video is a mistake. There is no such thing as a backhand in badminton, there's only round the head forehands that didn't make it there in time :)
    Joking aside, thanks for the useful tips!
