Wearing this today. There's something about its presence in the dry down which I like even if it's not a massive performer. I think it's because it's a modern fresh scent which isn't too sweet and youthful.
I live in Florida and work in a warehouse without a/c and this fragrance has yet to under perform. I'll be sweating buckets and I'll still get a compliment hours later when I'm making a delivery. Guess I'm lucky lol. Very green. Most youtubers say it has a blast of citrus which I don't believe it does. If you can get it cheap, get it if you want to. Its not worth it at full price though I admit.
From my 1 test on skin, base layer of Hacivat fixes EVERYTHING. I was over an hour into wearing the combo and I still had about a 1ft scent bubble of green/citrus. It was like Zoe Saldanas character from Avatar farted in my face every time I moved my “tester arm”.
Now I'm really wondering about declaration essence. Also, I agree with the extent of the review. Smelled in-store, really great, but didn't understand why that was gone so quickly.
Nice video. Maybe I missed it but since perf is so bad...is there a similar frag that you would recommend Or No there isn't really a similar frag but they with which booster? Molecule 01? Thanks, Dean
I have a fragrance by Yves Rocher, Bois de Cèdre et Citron Vert, that performs like this (and the scent is in the same ballpark smell wise too). It didn't make much sense to me, being so light and fleeting, until the mercury started hitting 104 degrees on a regular basis here. Now I understand it perfectly, and there's nothing better I've found in such conditions. The price, in one of their frequent sales, is much better than the Cartier though.
Great video Ash. With the word “Fraicheur”in the title of the fragrance, I’m guessing it’s not supposed to be a projection monster? Sounds like a decent office fragrance to me. 🤘

Hey Ash, I couldn't agree with you more on this flanker. The opening is brilliant but doesn't last more than 15 minutes, what a shame! Especially since the price in France is 90 dollars for 100 ml ....
I can only spray my clothing with this one. The tea and lemon get quite sour/metallic on my skin in the drydown. They definitely could have done better with it.
You're not the only person I've heard make negative comments about the projection on this one. However, I saw a couple guys rave about wearing it for an outdoor event, they said it really came alive out in the heat and helped them feel cool. Take that as you will, still not convinced it would be worth it.
Can't remember a more accurate fragrance review. Could barely contain my excitement when I smelled the opening, but an hour later it's almost gone and what remains is thoroughly nondescript.
I think you must be going nose blind to it. That stuff is stroooooooong! It could also be extreme heat, and/or super dry skin. There's nothing light about Italian Love, it sticks around for 24 hours on my skin. This however is as ethereal as everyone is saying. Great for a heatwave, were it not for the price.
it's literally identical to Hermes eau tres fraiche, smelled side by side in Nordstrom a while ago and me and the sales lady were so surprised at how similar they were

Doesn't seem that a house with the cache that the Cartier name has should be allowed to have such a no performance frag. Imagine if their Jewelry or their handbags had the Same fame. By the way. Spot on review! Smells AMAZING but projection is terrible! Hopefully they’ll drop an intense Version and make it a stronger projector
I've found this one differs a lot from on my skin vs on clothes; Much more enjoyable when mainly applying on my clothes.

Yeah it would work for that quite well. Love the opening to it so it would be a nice "personal" kind of frag.

Bro!!! I thought it was my skin! I am half way thru the bottle and its like u need to sniff your pores in order to get any trace of it after 20 mins.

Tested it, the performance is non-existent. The smell that lasts for literally 5 minutes reminds me of Mugler Cologne, just a bit greener.
I really enjoyed it, but I also really like the muglar cologne line.
If you understand word fraisheur . You will understand the performance .
Performance done on purpose, so that the edp, parfum and elixir versions can be rolled out. Money money money 🤑
