Tbh I'm surprised degus are common pets or very well known whenever I'm asked what kind of pet i have I say degu and all the time I get "What's a degu?" And I show them a photo and Explain what it is to them Edit: but your now my favorite youtiber bc this helped me alot to learn more about degus
@deguisland2123 fr especially when u take them to Pet-co or amy store u can bring a degu Into i had a small family come up to me and ask what a degu is and they were so happy to learn about degus bc they said they might get 2 of them but they wanna do more research before they do decide to get them
@galaxyandwolvesandwosie1046 yes that's really nice. And it is so important to do research first. The biggest thing for me when I got them was that I didn't realize they could fight and I might have had to separate them for life. That's what I always tell people if they want to get one. I got mine when I was 11 and that's also something I don't recommend. Degus require probably more attention than you would have to give an ordinary small pet, and for a child that might be a little too much especially if their parents aren't willing to help out.
Where did you get the cages from?
Hey can I please ask what the “beautiful mix” is? :) I’m getting Degus tomorrow and I’m wondering how to give them the best diet

This means so much to me thank you 💚 and I get perfectly what you mean. People normally just say "oh so rats" when I show them a picture.

Can I ask what the cages name is?
Of course, one is Lucky (the grey one) and the brown one is Ricky
