I had a Pioneer Flightstar, I bought it as a basket case and rebuilt it. I put about 220 hours on it before health issues grounded me. Lots of great memories in that bird!
We have the Thunderbird in SA, an original design but very closely related to the the Phoenix, quite a bit bigger than the Flightstar with a comfortable side by side config, very big wing and tailplane. I'm saving up for one currently
Just baught a nice little flightstar, wish it was easier to source parts for it. Hoping I can replace most of the hardware through phantom as I restored a phantom years back and they were very helpful in three rivers Michigan!
Nice Job Frank and Austin! Of the Flightstar, the Phamtom, and the Titan, which has more leg room? At 6'6", I could never fit in Andy's Phantom. Frank, are you still playing Guitar?
Hi, Dave, This is Austin. My dad says hi. He said the Titan has the most leg room but its still very tight. Yes, he still plays the guitar. He said to give him a call sometime, he would love to talk to you.

Amazing...I wish to own one of this flying marvel one day.😎
Nice video, thanks for sharing. The only adverse comment I would make is, don't let go of the controls during role out.
Great demo of the airplane

I would slap a Rotax 912 iS with a 4 blade prop on that thing and a full Garmin 1000 suite. Leave everything else the same. But that's just me.
