Another Tip I have seen was a guy used those yellow, Blue, or orange rubber dish gloves and kept them on until his throw and the rain stopped. They were about a size too big for him so he could get them off easier when needed to throw yet could keep them on if needed should the rain pick up.
Generally here in Colorado with rain comes lightning. We are number two or one for lighting deaths a year so... It's really not a good idea to play in the rain here.
Same in South Dakota but not lighting rather Hail in the heaviest stuff, South Dakota in the 2010's had the size record twice First was in very late 2000's for hail in Pierre (Pier) where I live and now for sure in early 2010's in Vivian that is 40 miles from where I live during a really bad storm. If not Lighting is the next biggest threat since one strike hit a tree in the 2000's at my parents previous house coming that close and have had a friend nearly get stuck. South Dakota might have more Lighting but the only reason Colorado has more deaths is due to population. Still Wind is the biggest threat in my area having the straight line windstorms of 2015 that hit South Dakota, Wyoming at some points like low hurricane speeds. When others I see play who either do not play in the wind or come from calmer areas, I tend to prevail in this case and I have played in some winds so high I had to use my 175 gram Star Shark for my putter in 2016.
Awesome tips, Master Feldburg
Takes one helluva DGer to brave the rain! Much props.
It rained over 6” a day three times last year here on the island. We had a couple 9” rain days too.
Thanks Dave!

Deal with it. Classic.
I was born and raised in Oregon. Rain is still my disc golf kryptonite.
