Ek receiving slip aur hoti hai jo sabse upar front me attach karni hoti hai, us pe total detail deni hoti hai. Study centre assignment receive ke waqt slip pe signature kar half slip student ko deti hai, jis se student ke paas assignment submit karne ka ek record rehta hai.

You can write in both sides or in one side. No issues.
I think it will be more appropriate to write in one side.. (For better presentation in my opinion ) eventhough it consumes more pages.
