it truly is so fun! something about cute new supplies always makes me excited for the semester. and definitely with you on the different needs depending on study habits. there’s some classes that will be more reading focused while others are more writing focused. thanks for watching! 🤍
the coffee montages always make me feel so relaxed. happy last semester!!!!!! so crazy but so exciting. it's so weird for me to not be in a back to school season right now so I'm def living vicariously through you with the supply shopping
Loved the video 🖤 ooooh I need those containers!!! I love bringing chia pudding or overnight oats so those would be perfect! So exciting that you have just one more semester!!! 😊
thank you so much! yes the containers would be the perfect size for chia pudding!! just one more semester and that’ll be a wrap with school forever :,)
Such a good video! I start my MSW program at the end of the month and I’m getting kinda nervous, any tips or suggestions I’m excited too but the nerves are kicking in lol
hi Chloe, congrats on starting your MSW soon! some tips of advice would be to plan every assignment, reading, and exam on a planner! making a schedule of when you would like to get those assignments done prior is also a great way to keep yourself accountable. networking is also important so don’t feel intimated to reach out to professors or colleagues because they are almost always the sweetest people and want to genuinely help! lastly, enjoy everything that you’re learning so that you can develop a path as to what field you’d like to work in as an MSW in the future. best of luck! 🫶🏼✨
hi there! i have a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences! i don’t have a BSW which is why my accelerated master’s program is 2 years instead of the accelerated 1 year :)
hi there, im actually applying to tsu right now! i was wondering, how do you like it so far? and is it fairly easy to get accepted ? i am super nervous because masters programs are really selective
hi, that’s so great!! i absolutely love my MSW program and all that i’ve learned thus far. i have been far more engaged and interested throughout my graduate program than i was in undergrad for sure. the courses and material are all so relevant and i guess more applicable to the field. as far as acceptance, i would say it’s fairly easy to get accepted into an MSW program considering the school and their prerequisites. it all depends on the school, but most don’t even require a bachelor’s in social work but rather a related field of study. that opens the door to many disciplines which is a great help toward getting accepted! thanks for watching, and hope this helps :)
@@carolynnicolev thank you so much for replying! this week i am finishing up my masters application at texas state and i’m so nervous about getting in but your response definitely helped ease my nerves. I am applying really early, how long did it take for you to get a response back?
It definitely has its challenges! But overall, the material you learn in either undergrad or grad school is so interesting and applicable in real life!
School supply shopping is always so fun! I feel like my needs always change because my study habits change so much.
