    This time I upgrade this inverter with feedback auto voltage, can adjust output voltage, short protect, low battery protect.
    How to make Sine inverter using arduino
    This time I using arduino nano v3, atmega328p inside. Mosfet driver using Tlp250, and 8 mosfet irfb3077 give 1000W at 12v and 2000W at 24v battery.

    A lot of people underestimate how complex and time consuming it is to get such a simple inverter to maintain its sine waveform even with load. Well done.

    Set up a 14v + 14v project following the same diagram. I made necessary modifications to run it on 24v. I kept the 12v power supply for Arduino and TLP250. However, there is a noticeable high consumption when idle and the Mosfet heats up. Everything else worked fine, including feedback adjustments and generating a pure sine wave. Unfortunately, the project is useless for practical purposes. It's just for fun, learning, and coolness.

    Если на центральный провод трансформатора поставить дроссель на феррите из 5-20 витков(нужно будет подобрать) то очень сильно уменьшится холостой ток инвертора и завал синусоиды, а так молодец 👍🔥
    Тоже соберу на Ардуино по твоей версии❤

    beautiful sine wave. I gather the flickering / broken wave is due to thin temp wire feeding. Ive of mind looking at high frequency invert to 230 - smooth then chop into sine wave @ high v end with smoothing cap. What I like best about yr vid? is yr choice of mosfets - thanks to you I have now found something better then my 1407s which unitl now were the best i could find.

    Mình đã tải và làm theo hướng dẫn của bạn, nhưng khi lắp TLP250 vào, cấp nguồn thử thì chân 6,7 của TLP250 nối GND liền dù có PWM từ Arduino hay không PWM tới chân 2. Không biết có phải mình mua phải TLP250 giả hay không? Mua trên shopee từ nhà bán hàng Trung quốc, khi kiểm tra nguội các TLP250 đều thấy tốt và các giá trị đo nguội và cấp nguồn giống nhau, theo bạn lỗi IC TLP250 hay nguyên nhân nào khác, mình chưa có biến áp để lắp thử toàn bộ. Đề nghị bạn tư vấn giúp.

    What type of feedback control do you use. PID? Very good project by the way. I like to use pic micro controllers more fun. Mainly Pic18f4550 usb chip you can interface it to a pc and monitor the inverter using a C# windows app.

    Hello Sir, you have used 7-0-7 trans. In the secondary part, is the total power of two wires 7 volts, 35 amps? Or each of the 7 volt wires alone have a power of 35 amps? Please reply, thank you.

    Sir i make your project. Problem is not increase output voltage in feedback. I used 60 watt bulb, and added extra bulb after voltage is down 160v. What is the reason?

    well done sir , please i have build this circuit and i also upload the code but when i power to test there is no output from the pwm1 and pwm2 i only hv output voltage from D2 (5V) that is the one going to the led. please why is there is no output from D9 and D10 that is pwm1 and pwm2

    I m using a pair of IRF3205 mosfet. For 100w load, in no load msfets are getting hot about 50°, and with load volt dtop to 150 volt. i m using 7-0-7 to 255 volt ups transformer.

      Pls suggest me why the mosfets are getting too hot, mosfet gate volt is about (3.5V / 4 V) ac.

      This board can work with 24v battery bro. You only need change value of resistance

    Why don't u testing high load on this inverter just like the part 3 half bridge...??? Is their anything wrong or the waveform gets distorted on high load like 300 to 600 watt...cause u mentioned 12v 1000va inverter ... Install 8 irfb3077 mosfet and testing only 65watt load 🙄🙄🙄...sounds like 💥💥💥...
