I want to watch ypur videos but both your voices are too soft for me to hear what you are saying and I love your styles . My phone is as loud as it will go.
We do hear that from time to time, but other report sound is good at the same time. So I'm not sure what the issue is. Are you aware that you have 2 volume controls? One for your device and one for the video. Both are separate from each other. Double check you have the volume up on the video & on your device. Hopefully that might help. Thanks for watching and we will try to talk louder , lol however, jay does have a tendency to mumble 😂
