    They want certification but the pay is SO low! I was thinking of this career but who can survive on that pay especially if you have a mortgage?

      Yes Employers do want the employees to be certified - at least when they are starting in the industry as that is the only criteria to understand the skills/value add. Although would always love it if they pay their employees even better.

      It’s better than working at Walmart and making 11k, 40k is decent for SPT while aiming for bachelors degree.

      I donot think Tattoos visible and not visible have to be a criterion for any job/career. It's a personal choice (but yes it is a personal choice of the person on the other side of the table too).

      @@brandingevangelist7745 guess you’re right but then again I live in Los Angeles where tattoo culture is ingrained into our city chances of not getting a job over tattoos are very slim tbh unless you work in a corporate setting I thought I’d ask either way lol never been denied a job before

      In Nc they start off 15 to 17
