Hi Priyanka, I had a question. Since, ISB is not providing any placements for PGPpro batch considering they have altered the program for working professionals, what do you guys do? Join your companies back? If yes, then what is the ROI? Also, is there some backdoor placement support provided?
Hey, so ISB cannot actually provide placements since we’re already employed. It would be a conflict of interest. Yes, most people take up different roles within the company they’re already working for. Some move out if they get better opportunities. There are a lot of career assistance groups that we can leverage at ISB post PGPPro. But let’s not call them back door placements ;) cos nothing like that exists. All in all, your network should be the biggest gain after this course.

I’d suggest you join any of the info sessions that ISB admissions team conducts. You will get more insights into the course.
