This looks so good! Can't wait to make my own soon. Those ladyfinger cookies cost a lot here so I would just use cookie crumbs from a package or make a batch of cookie dough and spread it on one cookie tray as one piece and crumble that when baked. It is so much easier to grind cookies or make breadcrumbs if you use a blender or food processor but a hand blender works too. I just do things the lazy way.
