He spazzed out and tried to take off while shouting "Sorry, ISSA FORST officers. You hear me, guys?" At first I thought it was another person, but It was none other than the brotherman himself. Then the cop just ordered him to drop to the ground and he just screamed "WHAT THE FRICK? I'M DUMB AS FRICK!!! I'M DEAD. I'M GOING DEAD LAST". He stood still for some seconds, like a Malphite with Raid boss augment and just started mumbling about mustard and breeding Irelia.. Then he ran, insanely fast, like fast 9 fast. The last thing I could heard: "DON'T MIND IF I DO IT'S A GGG-GGG…" and any trail of his voice disappeared on the horizon. I never saw him again.

Ghostly is a fine trait, you can counter it with positioning and MR the spectrels are heavily influenced by MR so much so it's recommended to ruin some type of shred on a ghostly team
