Good decision. Fix it, fix it all and fix it right. Like they say about th difference between good maintenance and bad. Good maintenance takes downtime and costs a lot of money. Bad maintenance takes more of both.

Good video. I can't understand why people who can afford lovely homes with Large! yards don't do yearly maintenance like having your drains cleared. Where I live it is cleaning the eaves, checking the roof, ensuring the draftproofing is sealed on the windows etc. I always tell people if you are thinking of buying a house make sure you have a GOOD inspection done on it first. Then make sure you have a plumber, carpenter, roofer, electrician, and handyman in your immediate circle of friends. LOL

2:30 Holy Moly, those aren't roots, that's a dam garden in that pipe. By the looks of those drain pipes, I bet they also have the start of a roof garden as well! The ground all around the drain pipes looks like creeping mouse eared chickweed, lots of trailing roots and hard to get rid of. Can't kill it, have to pull all the roots out. Took me years to finally get rid of it in my back yard and can't use weed killer or it will kill the grass. QUESTION: Why don't most homes have cellars like in the US? All our pipes for a house are in our cellars and run out to a main drain or septic tank. Australia looks like such a nice place to live. My cousin has been living in Sidney for years. If only I was 20-30 years younger! 🙂

I have a suggestion for you. Get you the head and neck camera holder. Maybe even the chess holder. Then get you a second camera for the tripod. That way you can have the tripod setup at all times. Can you can transfer the second camera from the head to neck or chest holder with snaps right in and out very quickly. And you don't have to put it in in your mouth. And you have to hands-free. There are some pretty easy software that allows you to edit two different camera angles to make your cool looking film.
