@@sideshowfrost Not tone deaf, it just sounds like a whole different track haha, mainly cuz it's a rewrite (not remix my bad) and i guess the point of that is that the artist can use elements of the track and re order and use them as they want. So i did a little side to side comparison and this is what i got: - The 3 vocal lines that are sampled (timestamps for the original song): "in my own reality" at 1:12 (that is almost a backing track as its not the main vocal part in the section and i also think the bass used before the frase was used in the same order) the "whoo" at 3:34 and (i think it says this) "almost" at the beginning of the rewrite but i didn't catch where it was from - The bass at 3:54 (original song) was used as the main instrument for the beat in the 1st section of the song and I'm guessing mixed it with Cavs drum parts - The second section of the rewrite is from the 4:19 (original) to almost the ending

King Gizzard has a lot of what I'm looking for in music, I like Butterfly 3000, If Not Now then When, and Interior People a lot. Really gotta take the deep dive through their catalogue soon. :)
