All-In on This High Yield Grower: VICI Stock | My Portfolio Reveal

  • In today's video we’re going to be taking a look at the newest equity REIT in my portfolio, which is VICI Properties, ticker VICI. This is the third video that’s apart of my portfolio reveal series, where I’m doing an in-depth analysis of all 31 stocks currently in my own portfolio. If you’re new to my channel, my primary focus is on income investing and dividend growth investing with holdings that offer at least a 4% yield. As I’ll say in every video, this series isn’t done in any particular order, so just because this video is third in the series does not mean this is my favorite stock or my largest holding.
Also note that because I own all these holdings, I am biased toward them, so do your own research before making any investment decisions for yourself. Also let me know if there’s any improvements to this series I can make going forward. VICI Properties is an equity real estate investment trust that owns one of the largest portfolios of market-leading gaming, hospitality, and entertainment destinations in Las Vegas, including Caesars Palace. They also own the MGM Grand, the Venetian Resort Las Vegas, and many other iconic properties throughout the strip.
In total, their real estate portfolio consists of 50 gaming destinations, four championship golf courses, more than 450 restaurants, and 59,400 hotel rooms. Their portfolio spans 15 states as well as Canada, but roughly 46% of their properties are located in Las Vegas.

VICI is my largest and, by far, best performing stock in my Roth IRA. I started buying it 3 years ago. It's been great.

I agree with you and believe that the secret to financial stability is having the right investment ideas to enable you earn more money, I don't know who agrees with me but either way I recommend real estate or crypto and stocks.

Yeah!! It would be more beneficial and yield more profit if you actually trade on cryptocurrency, I've been trading since the dip, I've made so much profit trading.

trading is easier with proper guidance, especially from a professional, Newbies who are not aware of how crypto truly works and wish to make profits from it, I would advise to invest with a professional like Fergus waylen, It helps secure and minimize the possibilities of losses.

Great info. I own VICI and also own GLPI. Both are similar REITS, investing in gaming, however both have different geographical footprints. Both have positive reviews from Wall Street Analysts, both have potential upside of roughly 10% and dividend yields well above your 4% benchmark.

GMTA, bro. I scooped up 200 shares myself over the past few weeks and will look to continue adding on. One of my favorite things about this company is that they have in their contracts with the hotels that if inflation rises they can boost the rent. At least that's what I understood from another content creator. That's really smart and since VICI is into moat-like properties they can boost rents when it makes sense to do so. And, it's unlikely these high quality hotels won't be able to pay out unless some huge black swan event happens and while that's possible it's not an investment strategy.

ive recently started a position in EPR. with the plandemic over, they should be able to do well and keep raising their dividend going forward, with a lower share price is a good entry point for the long term.

I am curious as to whether individuals who underwent the 2008 financial crisis had a less arduous experience than I am currently enduring, given that prevailing market conditions are causing me considerable distress. Specifically, my portfolio has incurred a loss of over $27,000 this month alone, and my profits are dwindling. I am concerned that my retirement plans may be jeopardized, as I am unable to augment my stagnant reserves.

*The Fed will acknowledge that they were late to the game, that inflation has been more persistent than they were expecting. So they probably should have tightened sooner, Some analysts believe that the larger banks are resilient and are more worried about the smaller and mid-sized banks. Well, I'm still at a crossroads deciding if to liquidate my $138k stock portfolio, what’s the best way to take advantage of this bear market?*3
I diversified my $400K portfolio across various market with the aid of an investment advisor, I have been able to generate over $900k in net profit across high dividend yield stocks, ETF and bonds.

Find stocks with market-beating yields and shares that at least keep pace with the market long term. For a successful long-term strategy you have to seek guidance from a broker or financial advisor.==
