What if Mr. Gyamar Padang had become selfish while he got the paper, he could have settled for a far good fortune then anyone. Yet he still refused while others enjoyed the questions they got before exam and stayed silent for their confirm selection. Marked: Regarding "null and void" - here we are talking about examination were anomalies had been found, not all the examination conducted under Mr. Taket Jerang. And what is the point of giving an examination where all the rules and regulations had been compromised. So best decision is to go for "NULL AND VOID" This points are not to target any private individuals or community but for the betterment of our state Arunachal Pradesh.
I was a part of protest and also got beaten up by CRPF personnel but in my personal opinion I think null and void is not the proper solution because 1. Its unfair to those hard working and deserved candidates who got selected. 2. Think about 2014 batch,what genuine candidate will do if null and void is imposed, is there any alternate for them, how will they complete with us and many of them are over aged. Instead we should demand for fair investigate and punish only the culprit not the innocents. We can start this by arresting people like NABAM NIPPO first. Better if government give some criteria for examination of genuine who passed out without cheating. Better let them re exam with that period batch. Not with new aspirant. But exam protocol is same for everyone. When paper was or is leaked exam have to be cancelled and re conduct exam. This is da protocol so why not they reappear again.

The sad truth is investigation not possible by CBI or any other investigation agents..such situations have never been possible in any other state too..instead, this wud create never ending Chaos...many lives will b destroyed further...many will b killed too..thus, best option is- declare those exams null n void whether there been concrete evidences and reconduct the exams for the same batch candidates ( this will take care of age issue)...this is the best alternative solution to make recruitment fair and meritorious for future generations... Why is nobody asking for thorough investigation? Null and void is not the solution. If this is going to happen then all the culprits will be safe and no one will be punished. The only people who are going to pay the price are the genuine candidates who have cleared the exam with their hard work and dedication. I think the people asking for null and void are infact protecting the culprits in one sense as they will never be caught and punished. Think over it very carefully once again. Also I think that one aggrieved should be the one having better understanding of the situation and not support null and void as they can understand the time and effort that have been invested into getting the job. They were also students once, I think instead of going against their own community they should rather pressure the govt to catch all the culprits from the apcs officials to all the paper buyers and sellers.

Null and void is not a solution .Some people may try to dilute the exan from 2012 13 merely disclosing in IO of case stating that I have yaken so and so money from so abd so for helping in exam . So investigation should be from 1992 1993 and all departmental exam should also be brought under purview of CBI onvestigation
Mere statement doesn't mount to b admissible in the court...it got to have an evidence backing the statement.. Rightly u have said that the exams under the preview of investigation shld b enlarged to 1992.. departmental exams will not b possible since it's mandated under the RRs of departments..It's legal...but exams under apssb and appsc can be under the preview... The best solution is - declare those exams null n void where there are concrete evidences of malpractice n reconduct the exams between same batch candidates ( this will take care of the age issue) ...if this is delayed then, many ppl will b killed, many more Chaos...in d meantime, court-monitored investigation shld b in place for rest of the exams.. There are many candidates who grind their a*ses off and after 2-3 attempts they finally got a job.. and its obvious that majority of the candidates did pass the exam honestly

Aisa teacher se learn mat Karo jise kuch pata hi nahin...7.5% reservation is applicable only when the exam is of the nature of all India basis...this is a state exam, hence state rules will b applicable,which is 80:20 ratio.. so, dnt worry..aapsu is not the right teacher.. if u qualify in this state civil services exam conducted by UPSC, u will not b recruited for all India services..u will still work under the state only for the rest of ur life..
