Riven is the most turbo drooler champ in the game I swear. Watching these fights make me so irrationally angry bc they should not be fucking close at all
I haven't really tried it with anyone else yet, but I'm sure there are a few champs who can use it! Technically, Sion could. May not be the most optimized but it would still work well on him I think
Honestly your build might not be good because you have to rely on 3 items in Order for you to be in the game and do at least decent dmg as a tank when other champs who specifically go top mid and adc in their specific roles needs to only build their two items that are necessary for them to be useful in the game and then adapt for the rest of the game
@@hightiergamer5558 i mean... RoA +Eclipse/Fimbul works when I have two items... most games I play don't actually get past the 2/3 item mark before it ends

Presence of Mind, Legend: Ability Haste
(Minor Runes: Ability Haste, Health Growth, Health)
