The film is excellent as are the performances. May not be historically accurate for the most part, but as a character study of Winston Churchill it’s great. Gary Oldman became Churchill and deserved the Academy Award. Just a shame it’s his first win from his second nomination when it should have been his fifth or sixth win out of something like 10 nominations at that point. Great video man, keep up the great work!
Thanks a bunch Jared. For me, Gary Oldman is a criminally underrated actor and I’m just glad he got the win he deserved. Comparatively few actors have more than 1 Oscar win but here’s hoping he’s not done yet!
