Thx for the video, so beautiful and a real joy to watch. Take care and have a good weekend 😊

Great tip buddy thanks, it's strange as I ALWAYS back flush it after every adventure, not sure what happened here, and I'm a little dubious to trust it going forward... maybe it's been damaged somehow? Not sure how to tell!

I grew up on the Isle of Lewis, I was walking on the moor with my father and told him I was thirsty…. He told me to drink from a stream very similar to what you are doing and convinced me it was pure water …… 5 meters UP stream was the carcass of a dead sheep……lovely, however I’m still here
You should visit the outer Hebrides, you'll like it there with it's beautiful scenery and there's a walk there called the Hebridean way that starts from Vatersay and ends in Stornoway and good for sailing in the water's.
@@EzeAdventurer there's a Ferry from Oban to Castlebay you can get and you can walk from Castlebay to Vatersay or you can get the taxi from Castlebay to Vatersay. You can also go on sea tours like around my clans castle Kisimul Castle, even though at the moment it's still closed as they're doing maintenance work and there's also sea tours in Uist as well as long sea trip to the Isle of St Kilda which is the most western island in the outer Hebrides that used to belong to the clan MacDonald. There's only one ferry though on the day from Oban to Castlebay which leaves around 1 as the ferry company has been having problems lately with getting more Ferrys for the route. Also I would recommend in taking sun protection as even though the weather there is cooler then on the mainland you can still get sun burnt which I got sun burnt twice when visiting my clans island.
Can I ask where you started, trip itinerary etc or if you followed the walk in a book. I’d like to recreate that walk as the paths looked achievable for me. Thanks for any help you can send.
Hey Eze! It’s good to see you back out there in the countryside. Such beautiful views. Lots of meadows but where are all the trees? I’ve never been to Scotland so I’m unfamiliar with the territory
So so beautiful, there's some areas where the trees don't really grow, I think the weather maybe and conditions not favourable? Or perhaps it's been grazed by sheep at some point in the past, not sure exactly. But alltogther extremely beautiful!
Oh man the view from that first campsite was incredible! Nothing ruins a good snow like a warm up and some rain lol. You should really try not to pop your blisters if you can help it they will heal so much better with less chance of infection, but if you just can't help it and you must lance them, sanitize the area and the lancing tool first with alcohol or sanitizer. Very smart to analyze the calories in your food before you carry it. Potato chips are my favorite, enough oil to be high in calories and enough carbs to be easy to digest, complete with the ideal amounts of sodium and potassium to replace the electrolytes you lose during exercise. I avoid protein supplements during exercise and eat a high protein meal later instead, that makes it way easier for my body to focus on converting food into energy that I can use right away. Then while I sleep at night I can digest a high protein meal more easily.
Thanks so much good tips. I did disinfect both area and tool with alcohol wipes, before and after :-) but yeah makes sense to avoid popping in the first place. Good info on the food, totally agree!
