Chris is amazing! It is so great to be able to see an example of how EVERY child can learn and evolve if they are given the adequate support. I hate to see so many children and adults with down syndrome in my country, who were never given the opportunity to be the best they can, because they were born into a family that was either ignorant or unwilling to help them get there. I hate that! I know some that were never even taught to talk properly, which means that after their parents die, those people will not even be able to communicate their basic needs to the people that will care for them later on. I am sure that all of them, given that they are not autistic, are perfectly able to learn to speak! I really hate those negative examples, so it is so amazing to see Chris enjoying his life and doing things that even the "normal" people would struggle with! :)
I’ve come back to this video so many times. I have so much to learn from Chris’ positivity. He knows he has a disability and he doesn’t once speak disparagingly about himself. His mindset is all positivity, and that’s why he is today an enormously impressive, accomplished, and kind young man. I truly view him as an inspiration of mine, on equal par as any other of my inspirations. You go, Christopher!

That is what i thought too, I always grab my veggies like such and invert them in into my Bags ? is that not the right way ?
It’s not wrong, it’s just different. I think it’s probably more hygienic too.
Mad respect to chris, the more he achieves something, that could be, learning the basics of writing, speaking,to frickin gymnastic skills, the more he wants to succeed to more things.. so inspiring kept me smiling through the whole video.. and props to the parents too, cheers
Just had to pause the videos to say how inspiring and encouraging Chris is ! And his parents are two individuals who have the most beautiful outlook and encouraging to someone who may become a parent soon not just to a child with downs but any child.
Don’t concentrate on what someone can’t do but see what they can do and don’t say they can’t til you’ve at least given them a shot of trying in the first place !
what the heck i love this kid hes so positive and amazing
Hope you enjoyed the episode no thanks! Thanks for watching!😀
I can't help but smile when being around people with Down Syndrome. they are oddly cute, joyous and innocent.
humbled, but not jaded. If only the rest of us had a little bit of that.
I always thought the same thing. They're magical, it's an instant bad mood remover when see their happy faces. And they're just adorable.
They're better people than us without that extra chromosome despite varying degrees of learning and memory slowness.
Absolutely some of the most sweet and loveable people I've ever had the privilege to know.
WOW - I feel so much pride watching Chris. What an absolutely inspirational young man with such a bright future. Brilliant documentary - thank you for sharing your story with us.
My brother is on the far more severe end of down syndrome and he is dependent. But it's funny how he also love a structured schedule everyday. He doesn't change his routine, ever. He loves being punctual and he's neat with his belongings.
His communication skills are above average, other than his tongue which is causing some difficulty at sounding clear.
What a legend. Best of luck to you.
I see how spoiled and selfish I am when seeing people like Chris. They act like a spiritual slap to my ignorant face.
I love this kid and i gotta say you australian people are such a awesome breed, how you all treat him shows what kind of people you are. Nothing but love and respect for all this good humans.
Such a wonderful example of human beings! Thank you for this!! I have a 3 year old beautiful boy with Down syndrome and this made my day, surely helps parents like me to find inspiration and never lose breath on our way to raising a child with confidence and hoping our hard work pays off eventually for them.
This is amazing! What an incredible person he has grown up to be.
Thanks for the kind words Parker! He certainly is amazing! Thanks again for watching!
I’m proud of Chris and his parents. I have a teenager daughter with downsyndrome and I’m so proud of her. Each day she amazes me. I don’t know what the future holds for her,but we’ll take it each day at a time.
I am mother with little boy have down syndrome . This video help me to motivate about my kid. Thankfully grate presents he have. He is very smart young man
His dad is so patient 22:24 is probably the closest he's come to an argument
Thank you for being such loving parents, your son is exceptional in every way!
This family shows some of the best parenting skills on the planet. Remember Maria Montessori actually worked with disabled kids and now is known for teaching non-disabled kids
Thanks for watching Ak A, hope you enjoyed!

Hope you enjoyed the episode Kitiana! Thanks for watching!😀
Such a nice, curious and warm hearted person! What a champ!!!!
this video strengthens the concept that people could change their lives by training on daily basis. I am going to apply this concept harder to my life XD. Thx
Thanks for watching Jiashen Huan. Lets us know how it goes!
I learn a lot from chris mom and how to become a better mom. Thanks and good job to chris i am proud of you .
I really think Chris is being the best version of himself within his capabilities, he is very conscientious and strives to self improve, there’s allot we can learn here. Incredible to think that he has what an average neural typical person would consider great achievements, and would consider as a rewarding lifestyle. Now imagine your best version of yourself? Good on you Chris!!! I think I can speak for all of us that we are proud of you :) and good job parents! He is your greatest life’s work.
I'm speechless, incredible to see how intelligent and I would say functional and ordinary this guy is! great stuff!
I've always suspected that low iq people are just bad at quick thinking but can still construct knowledge and understanding like everyone ells if given the habits and thorough patient building of skills.
Chris is adorable and driven, and he can fly! The back-and-forth banter with his mom is great. His parents are right to be proud of him. =)
Thanks for the kind words Synick! we hope you enjoyed the episode! Thanks for watching
Wonderfully introspective, compassionate, participatory, appreciative of the rewards of his hard work in scholastics/athletics/business as well as the influence of his parents - Chris is a model person, someone we should strike to emulate. Thanks for sharing this glimpse into his life.
Love this! He's amazing! Makes me want to work harder.
Hope you enjoyed the episode Tannie! Thanks for watching!😀
I'm so glad his parents are so consistent with him. It show's that you are capable of anything guided in the right way.
Busy,busy, busy❤
Inspiration right there❤
Chris is amazing! :)
Thanks for your kind words piglettoes! Hope you enjoyed!😀
So sweet wow and hes really cute tbh 😊
Hope you enjoyed the episode Ariana! Thanks for watching!
Content like this is just so helpful in humanizing people with disabilities for people who don't know any irl
