Regular BJJ gyms allow such things (heel locks/twists, knee bar) only from purple belts. One who doesn't know impact can injure the training partner.
Even BJJ legal version of Boston 🦀 is banned 🚫 in some.

If you have the strength to straighten his leg out and then break it yes it could work... and remember there are no rules on the street. Practice with a partner to see how it works in real life.
