This video is about steering and seat adjustment for more comfortable and pain free car drive. In this video I have explained all about adjustment with seat distance from dashboard, seat height, backrest adjust, steering.
If you have complain about pain after short drive that means your sitting posture in car is incorrect. Adjusting seat of your car can be no pain when driving your car. Even due to clutch use in city traffic most of drivers gets knee pain while driving. After adjusting as I have explained in this video you will feel the difference if you get pain or uncomfortable drive.

Try to adjust seat with just right foot on accelerator. The position you are comfortable with keep your seat in that point. Now comes about you right foot.
Keep your right foot heel touched just below brake paddle and twist when accelerator is needed to press.
2. Check if your right thigh resting properly on seat, when you keep your right heel on floor and toe touching brake paddle.
