Sanctus, reduces cooldown by 0.2 second
Record of Acolyte vol.1 + Record of Acolyte vol.2, reduces cooldown by 1.2 second
+12 Battle Aura Manteau combo with +12 Old Blazing Soul, reduces cooldown by 0.6 second
Gears to reduces the global delay of skills.
+12 Striking Mikoshi, reduces the global delay of skills by 12%
+12 Striking Shoes, reduces the global delay of skills by 30%
Record of Acolyte vol.2 combo with +12 Old Blazing Soul, reduces the global delay of skills by 37%

You can play whatever you like, Because every main class is playable except for expanded classes they need Expanded classes 4th job patch (Soon), For item if you saw many video that about damage showcases they use high end gear with MVP card, If you are casual player you don't need to use it at all, It's have many old cash shop items that you can buy from another player, Old item is very cheap but still good in this day, If you want to know more about cash shop item search OCP topic at irowiki.

with this gear set up, how do you get the 10 sec CD reduction on RB? think I only see up to 9.9 CD reduction, assuming your wearing at least +9 rampage shadow shoes

No need to reduction all cooldown 9.5 or 9.7 it's ok.

Yes, It's very good, I need to reduce more after cast delay and more ASPD, But when I try RB with 100% reduce after cast delay and 193 ASPD Zen can't catch up speed of RB, I need to use Massive Flame Blaster before fight with boss.
