Avez-vous vraiment besoin de cette puissance pour faire les 2 fonctions.Pourriez-vous obtenir le même travail avec un john deere 7530?Ou ce ne serait pas suffisant.Merci beaucoup
ensileuse + grosse presse ça demande pas mal de puissance donc ce tracteur est parfait pour ce travail.

C'est vraiment dommage et lassant d'entendre de la musique pour des videos de travail de materiels agticoles ....moi je veux entendre le bruit du materiel !....si je veux entendre de la musique sur TH-cam ...j'ai le choix ...
Je sais bien mais le drone ne capte pas de son car sinon on entendrait que les hélices et il y avait beaucoup de vent ce jour là donc peu de son exploitable sur mes caméras
Moi je voudrais pas être chauffeur pour la presse , tu vois ce qui ce passe mais pour l avant le pick-up de l ensileuse !! Remarque si l andain ce pousse devant l'ensemble y a problème ? Non
What's the purpose of chopping straw??? Cattle feed???
The straw comes from the wheat which is used for feed, but the straw is mainly used for bedding material or a dry matter in feed (but very little amount is used for feed)
In Canada a fair bit Is mixed in with feeds But it’s typically baled (sometimes with knives in the baler) then chopped before use because bales of fine straw are hard to bale and handle
You know you can buy balers with choppers right?
You know it works like that too
I've never seen a baler that would chop it as fine as a forage harvester. The real question is, how do the bales stay together with it chopped so fine?

Bonjour à vous c'est vraiment très intéressant. Dommage que l'on a pas ce genre d'équipements sur mon secteur car ca me servirait bien pour gagner de la place. Nous on ensile de la paille et du foin pour l'alimentation des animaux. Cela nous gagne BP de temps à la préparation des mélanges et économiquement très rentable . Bonne journée à vous

No, the Farmer wants to have really short cutted straw. Probably for the forage mixer.

@@billabong9215 If the baler has got some knifes, the straw would be quite short, but for some purposes still too long. I´m not a farmer, but my best friend is. He is doing the same in a different way. The combine harvester is cutting the straw, but he the turns the spreader off. So he has got the cutted straw in a windrow and can press after with a baler.

Stroh wird hauptsächlich und im Idialfall als Strukturfutter eingesetzt. Ist aber bei einer Struktur reichen Silage nicht von nöten. Wenn Kühe keine Struktur im Futter haben können sie nicht wiederkauen und somit hat man keine Speichelbildung, was wiederum zu einer Pansenübersäuerung führt. (Azidose)

So, chopped straw bales- bedding? Thing will eat really nice straw. I’m guessing Europe but you’ll be surprised where really nice straw turns up. For sale as bedding or fodder? I know nothing, ignore me.
Straw has minimal nutritional value so can be used to bulk out feed or add roughage but by itself it would just be used as bedding.
It looks impressive but but what is the advantage of this setup?
I would imagine you could add the chopped straw into a mixer wagon to feed cattle without the need to tub grind it.
Just need fo follow an axial flow combine these days. Some of them just leave a pile of dust to bail 😂

Brilliant but if that was in The UK the farmer would be "Put up against a wall and shot" ( Prosecuted) by the government health and safety inspector for not having guards on his PTO shafts!"😖
quite right too, if you can afford to run kit like that then you can afford a couple of pto guards, and if you cant, you probably shouldn't be in business...

Je ne vois pas trop l'intérêt non plus peut etre pour broyer la paille, mais dans ce cas il existe des broyeurs qu'on peut installer a la place du pick-up

Somebody said in another comment its so you can feed straight to a mixer wagon with no grinding. That makes a a bit of sense. .... In Ireland once the straw is chopped going through the baler that should be enough, no? The whole point of straw is for roughage?

@@JohnDoe-gq8tt You could, but there's no way a round baler would chop it that short. I'm guessing there's a specific use for this straw. It looks (by colour) like wheat straw. That normally is just ploughed back in as it doesn't have much value. It could be for poultry houses.
Krone has exra choppers for their sqare balers that are doing basically the same or you copp it afterwards with an exra machine. Im very shure this is used for cows or other animals to lay on it or generally to put it on the ground of the barn.
