Hello Feena I enjoy your video very much sadly I suffer from anxiety and depression and stress and panic disorder and I have learning difficulties as well I do get help with my doctor and the clinic told me to calm myself down and relax and take it easy and go out and enjoy myself and clear my mind and I be okay 😊
