I watched somewhere that Disney finally came with the decision and made it pink because they used blue dress for Cinderella (even though her original dress is white). If you go to Disney parks all over the world and see actress who portray Aurora to wear pink dress all the time and Cinderella blue
You know what I like about Elsa's dress? It's that it's very literal about how she's feeling. Her coronation dress looked really uncomfortable and tight - like she couldn't move. That's supposed to resemble her isolation. But when she made her ice blue dress, it looked really comfortable and looked like she could move freely. That's supposed to resemble how free she feels now that everyone knows her ice powers.
I like Aurora's dress better when it's pink. It makes her the closest Disney Princess who looks like Princess Peach. Besides, if her dress was strictly Blue, I'm sure some kids at Disney World would mistake her for Cinderella.
Cinderella's dress is silver (and white) not blue. Just like Belle's dress is gold, but over the years we see her dress as yellow and both remakes didn't do the dresses justice!
Aurora actually used to do meet and greets in her blue dress at Walt Disney World (I have pictures to prove it). It wasn't until the marketing team really hyped up the princesses and sold a ton of merch that they switched.

Honestly the other day I even envisioned Pocahontas singing Colors of the Wind to Rapunzel instead, and it was effing hilarious because of Rapunzel’s hair getting caught on everything. I could easily see Jasmine, Mulan and Merida training together, Pocahontas and Rapunzel painting, or Pocahontas, Rapunzel, Kida and maybe Ariel trying to figure out what different items are in a thrift store and maybe they come home with a bunch of random stuff, kinda surprising their guys.
Depends on which one you're referring to. I really liked both Elsa's and Anna's dresses in the opening song, and I like their other outfits mostly, but I don't like Elsa's water horse taming outfit or the dress it turns into.

I was in love with Cinderella's ball gown when I was a kid. I think that's why I love sparkly stuff, lol. Nothing came close for me until Elsa's dress in the first frozen. It was similar but like a more modern updated version and it was spectacular. Sparkly too!
Not an official Disney Princess but I think Esmeralda deserves a mention as her gypsy outfit is lovely 💜....she is also one of the most beautifully drawn Disney heroines i think.
Signature dresses: 1. Tiana- her green outfit despite its technically a wedding dress is so beautiful. The colors and details are gorgeous! 2. Elsa- her Ice queen outfit is so dazzling, the fact is shiny just like ice and the cape to show how badass she is 3. Belle- Not one of my favorite princesses but her golden ballgown is so beautiful, honestly the live version looks lackluster. Also her winter cloak is so adorable as she looks so beautiful in raspberry 4. Rapunzel- the casual one is so pretty with pink accents and purple! The ending one is nice but just not my style 5. Ariel- her sparkly blue dress, honestly this dress makes her look like a model and I’m so mad it only lasted for 5 seconds 6. Aurora- I admit I like pink better, but honestly its so iconic in the end with Merrywether and Flora still fighting over the color. 7. Anna-her winter outfit is so adorable with the purple cloak. The green is ok but just looks too serious. 8. Moana- her chief outfit is so badass as she chooses her own destiny 9. Mulan- her hanfu is a bit simple in my opinion, but that’s probably because I keep envisioning more of a kimono design instead. 10. Pocahontas- Her original outfit is pretty simple, I’m kinda surprised it doesn’t have any designs or stones embedded on it, honestly I kinda like Nakoma’s outfit more. But she gets huge points because of her flowy hair. Being my favorite princess, honestly I’m kinda bummed even in the sequel she doesn’t really have a good second outfit aside her long sleeved deerskin, which in my opinion I’d be freezing in, otherwise the entire movie all she got was a pair of simple moccasins. Though I give credit her winter outfit is actually super cute, especially with shawl she ends up taking off to bury his compass in 😭 I really love her deerskin boots too. I’m actually really sad John Smith didn’t get to see her in her winter outfit! I’m kinda surprised she didn’t get another dress for exploring London. Her ballgown is the definition of ugly, the fact its white screamed whitewash along with that hideous powder plastered on and annoying Ms. Jenkins playing matchmaker. Honestly I would’ve laughed my a** off if Smith had made a comment that she looks “interesting” The necklace scene as well just made me scream as it not only connected her to her people, but the fact it was broken when Kocuom was murdered connects her to Smith as well and it was meant to be worn at her wedding, the ending scene when she puts it back on (the original) symbolizes a marriageless love. I’m still so mad we don’t even see her wedding dress, let alone the wedding itself. 11. Cinderella- the transformation itself is so magical and beautiful, especially with the halo at the end, and the fact Walt Disney himself animated this scene makes it more enchanting. Don’t like her hairdo though 12. Snow White- not bad but just simple HM: Kida- I honestly just don’t know where to put her. Her bikini inspired look makes her look so sexy, honestly the part she’s taking her skirt off to go diving and Milo thought she was getting naked cracks me up. Her queen robes are almost Persian inspired. Jasmine as well. I feel its a bit simple for me considering she’s a princess and if anything she’s designed as a harem girl, not a princess. Her tiara is a headband with a jewel in it along with a necklace and giant golden earrings, I still don’t get why she was wearing them when she was trying to blend in in the marketplace. Her purple outfit is better.

I was in love with Cinderella's ball gown when I was a kid. I think that's why I love sparkly stuff, lol. Nothing came close for me until Elsa's dress in the first frozen. It was similar but like a more modern updated version and it was spectacular. Sparkly too!
Not an official Disney Princess but I think Esmeralda deserves a mention as her gypsy outfit is lovely 💜....she is also one of the most beautifully drawn Disney heroines i think.
If Meg and Tink made it onto the list, Esmeralda definitely should have. Her dress is so pretty!

Signature dresses:
1. Tiana- her green outfit despite its technically a wedding dress is so beautiful. The colors and details are gorgeous!
2. Elsa- her Ice queen outfit is so dazzling, the fact is shiny just like ice and the cape to show how badass she is
3. Belle- Not one of my favorite princesses but her golden ballgown is so beautiful, honestly the live version looks lackluster. Also her winter cloak is so adorable as she looks so beautiful in raspberry
4. Rapunzel- the casual one is so pretty with pink accents and purple! The ending one is nice but just not my style
5. Ariel- her sparkly blue dress, honestly this dress makes her look like a model and I’m so mad it only lasted for 5 seconds
6. Aurora- I admit I like pink better, but honestly its so iconic in the end with Merrywether and Flora still fighting over the color.
7. Anna-her winter outfit is so adorable with the purple cloak. The green is ok but just looks too serious.
8. Moana- her chief outfit is so badass as she chooses her own destiny
9. Mulan- her hanfu is a bit simple in my opinion, but that’s probably because I keep envisioning more of a kimono design instead.
10. Pocahontas- Her original outfit is pretty simple, I’m kinda surprised it doesn’t have any designs or stones embedded on it, honestly I kinda like Nakoma’s outfit more. But she gets huge points because of her flowy hair. Being my favorite princess, honestly I’m kinda bummed even in the sequel she doesn’t really have a good second outfit aside her long sleeved deerskin, which in my opinion I’d be freezing in, otherwise the entire movie all she got was a pair of simple moccasins. Though I give credit her winter outfit is actually super cute, especially with shawl she ends up taking off to bury his compass in 😭 I really love her deerskin boots too. I’m actually really sad John Smith didn’t get to see her in her winter outfit! I’m kinda surprised she didn’t get another dress for exploring London. Her ballgown is the definition of ugly, the fact its white screamed whitewash along with that hideous powder plastered on and annoying Ms. Jenkins playing matchmaker. Honestly I would’ve laughed my a** off if Smith had made a comment that she looks “interesting” The necklace scene as well just made me scream as it not only connected her to her people, but the fact it was broken when Kocuom was murdered connects her to Smith as well and it was meant to be worn at her wedding, the ending scene when she puts it back on (the original) symbolizes a marriageless love. I’m still so mad we don’t even see her wedding dress, let alone the wedding itself.
11. Cinderella- the transformation itself is so magical and beautiful, especially with the halo at the end, and the fact Walt Disney himself animated this scene makes it more enchanting. Don’t like her hairdo though
12. Snow White- not bad but just simple
HM: Kida- I honestly just don’t know where to put her. Her bikini inspired look makes her look so sexy, honestly the part she’s taking her skirt off to go diving and Milo thought she was getting naked cracks me up. Her queen robes are almost Persian inspired.
Jasmine as well. I feel its a bit simple for me considering she’s a princess and if anything she’s designed as a harem girl, not a princess. Her tiara is a headband with a jewel in it along with a necklace and giant golden earrings, I still don’t get why she was wearing them when she was trying to blend in in the marketplace. Her purple outfit is better.

Cinderella's outfit is so beautiful and iconic and the impact wow no wonder the prince immediately fell for her when he saw her in it I hope my marriage outfit is that gorgeous also Elsa's dress is just stunning my reaction is the same as Anna's
What would have been cool if in Sleeping Beauty they had showed what Aurora's dress looked liked if it had been green or purple.

Honestly, Jasmine totally rocks ANY outfit that I've seen her in. The turquoise outfit & purple outfit she wore in the live-action remake were absolutely AMAZING. TOTALLY BEAUTIFUL.
