    I've actually tapped into this fairly recently for just a split second, when me and my other classmates were playing volleyball in a gym, I wasn't focusing on the ball and it was being thrown in my direction with nobody behind me. Then I snapped onto the ball, for just a split second, nowhere near enough time to even react to it, I caught it without even thinking.
    It felt cool, but also weird.

    Ultra Instinct is an enlightened state of mind. We can experience this if all our chakras are not blocked. Sometimes I feel connected with something that's hard to describe with words. Some people call it God, universal consicousness, Quantum Mind and I don't know what more. It feels like the universe is within me, and that makes me feel incredible powerful. Just like Goku, I also don't show many emotions on my face if I'm really deep in this flow state, and yet, I can feel there is so much peace and bliss within me. The highest goal of yoga, meditation and other spiritual practices is to live in this state permanently.

    • @anime_mythology_tv17
      @anime_mythology_tv17  ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Depends what you mean by enlightenment. Because the feelings of bliss do disappear it comes and goes. Its almost like being high but imo its good if it naturally happens. In UI or mushin you are more “focused” than feeling “bliss”. For goku, in regular ultra instinct his body and reflexes take over. Only thing is that he has trouble attacking but hes great at defense.

    • @anime_mythology_tv17
      @anime_mythology_tv17  ปีที่แล้ว +3

    • @QYoga-DevilMayCry
      @QYoga-DevilMayCry ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@anime_mythology_tv17 I think it's hard to describe what "enlightenment" exactly is. It's all about being aware of the present moment. If Goku couldn't live in the present moment, he wouldn't be able to reach ultra instinct.

Only problem is the inflated ego of our society is geared towards maths and sciences.

    Okay, I'll tell you my experience with ultra instinct. When I was a kid, I played a lot of dodgeball in class, and at one point I could dodge the ball even when I was falling, losing my balance, or even jumping. Afterwards I began to feel different, as if I had ceased to be a person. My power frightened even adults, at that time I began to realize how to control this process, and when I began to go to wushu learned not to think, to fight regardless of reason and purpose The main feature of my technique was that it drained me in about 40 seconds, but during this time my sense of the environment, reflexes, speed, agility, sharpness of strike, and damage improved. The only most mysterious thing was that I didn't get stronger physically, but I hit much harder It's been a year since I stopped thinking, it's improved my memory, but I began to get tired much faster, but this does not prevent me from feeling it, at some point I began to teach my friends this "art" but it was much more difficult for them. At present I use ultra instinct all the time, to be honest I think I'm not human anymore😅 this is my experience, believe it or not, but I can say for sure: everyone can use it!

    Whenever I'm creating something anew and having fun is when I feel like I'm most in flow state. IMO flow state is 'partial ultra-instinct', while 'full ultra-instinct' is something akin to 'perfectly efficient movement completely free from any fear of uncertainty including death'. Best example of the difference between partial and full in anime is the fight between Spike and Ed's Dad in episode 24 of Cowboy Beebop. Spike utilizes 'flow state' and 'unpredictability' aka 'partial ultra-instinct', while Ed's Dad utilizes 'perfectly efficient movement while 100% indifferent to any uncertainty including death' and 'unpredictability'. Ed's Dad wrecks Spike. While Spike is spinning and kicking and doing all kinds of feints, Ed's Dad barely moves or shows any reaction, Spike feints like hes going to sweep Ed's Dads leg and Ed's Dad doesn't flinch a muscle and just looks at Spike like 'is that it?' The fight is ended when a massive spaceship starts to crash towards them, Spike runs away, Ed's Dad doesn't move an inch, he looks at the spaceship with complete indifference, like 'if it kills me, it kills me, I aint moving'. Unpredictability and perfectly efficient movement with zero fear of the unknown is 'full ultra-instinct'. The best examples of fights between 2 fighters that are unpredictable and move with perfect efficiency with zero fear of the unknown (aka full ultra-instinct) are Nosferatu Zodd vs Guts on the hill of swords in Berserk, and Askeladd vs Thors in Vinland saga. Real life example of someone with unpredictability and fights in flow (partial ultra instinct) is Sean O'Malley, real life example of someone with unpredictability and perfectly efficient movement with zero fear of the unknown is Vladimir Vasiliev.

    this is the last stage of "seriousness" that will show up when doing something seriously. i displayed it a few times way back when me and my friends used to spend entire afternoons fighting in dead or alive 2 ultimate. there are levels to this, which show as they are required for you to turn a losing streak around.
    1- casually playing, everyone's relaxed
    2- things tense up a little, time to lean forward a bit
    3- Ego damage - this is why you start fighting for you honor. anger is common, and so is mocking. everyone goes serious.
    4- rage - this is actually is a significant dip in your skill output. don't throw that controller and stop cursing!
    5- snap - someone pushed a button they shouldn't have. You go silent, the world fades into a blur. you can only see your opponent. you suddenly stop having to predict - you can react to anything, no matter how little time there is for that. Everything seems to slow down. you see every movement, and the correct path to counter them flows naturally. you become fkn invincible and it feels great, but you don't notice it initially because you're numb to feelings, all that matters is winning. when the numbness starts to go away, your mood stats to improve, dopamine floods you and the world that faded out starts to come back. your skill drops, but you keep winning because the opponent is now in the rage stage.
    it's awesome and it is unsustainable. you WILL snap out of it at best in a couple minutes.

      @BlackStar Anime what? Bro I love fromsoft games and there's a reason people say those are the hardest is because they are. Only 2 games I haven't played are dark souls 1 and 2. I've even beaten dark souls 3 base game at level 1

    • @jadenkootenay8549
      @jadenkootenay8549 ปีที่แล้ว

      Name bosses that are harder? Nameless king has 3 phases and 2 health bars, as well as awful camera controls during the dragon which add difficulty. Gael is 3 phases 1 health bar but his cape requires perfect dodging otherwise it'll roll catch you. Ishin is 4 STAGES, and tests you on literally every technique in the game. Melania obviously has 2 phases and 2 health bars, but water fowl dance is so stupid OP and she heals every hit. Malikith is 1 hp bar but 2 phases and has insane speed plus uses destined death to deal damage over time. Keep in mind this is MY OWN EXPERIENCE. So a boss you found difficult I could of found easy and vise versa

    Once, when I was 7 yrs old... One day my mom hid the mobile on a top shelf... My height wasn't enough so I took a sofa to get it... When I climbed on the top of the sofa (not the seat... The top of the leaning part). I suddenly slipped from the top... When I was falling I just fell head on... I sensed something kick in me... I literally saw my death but just before hitting the ground I swapped into ultra instinct unknowingly and made a handstand backflip that saved my life... My eyes could see nothing all was black but I was standing.. My mom was standing behind a door observing me... She was shocked her jaw dropped... Later I heard this incident from mom😅😅

    One time I don’t even remember this that much my mom told me the rest, I was about 4 years old and me and my class was on the bus and a kid behind my seat let’s call him Jake, Jake kept pulling on my hoodie so I told him to stop and he didn’t, then all of the sudden everything around me went black I took a deep breath and my head moved all of the sudden and my hand was grabbing Jake’s. Even he was surprised so he through a punch at me and I dodged it and punched him back like 10 times he was crying and the teacher came over. Me and Jake’s mom were called and I told my mom what happened in the end I didn’t get in trouble and Jake’s mom completely understood what happened

      Being in that state of mind for fighting would be ridiculous. Meditators who create art can focus longer than someone who is not doing any spiritual practices. But achieving mushin is extremely difficult because when a fight occurs most are in this highly anxious state of mind instead of being call.
      Watch in a ufc fight kron gracie was calm and collected after his fight. Not sure how far he is in his practices but being extremely calm is wild.

    I don’t if anyone will see this… my story that closely resembles ultra instinct goes like this. It was a Thursday, I’m bartending but working the Service Well (making drinks for the tables for the entire restaurant), we had 220 people on reservations which for a Thursday is insanely high. I’m chilling, next thing tickets for drink orders start repeatedly printing off the printer. To give some back story, our alcoholic drinks need 5 minutes from the time they’re sent in to when they hit the table and when we have 150+ people on reservations we need our back bar open up for busy days like this however we didn’t have it open so I was rocking so. I don’t know what got into me but my mind went extremely blank and I got 98% of all the drink orders made in under 3 minutes and one server said to me “I don’t know how you’re doing it but you’re doing great” and as I’m making more drink he said it again and and I said “thank you” in a way Goku talks in Ultra Instinct. Just felt like my mind completely turned off and my body body was moving on its own. Flow state or Ultra Instinct is a real thing.

Another time was when two of my friends and I were arguing, so both of them tried to slap a book on my head but my hand moved on it's own and I slapped the books back on their heads. The same two friends tried to slap me at once but I dodged all of them without thinking. Me and my brother got into a fight he was beating the hell out of me then he wanted to give me a critical blow I just dodged it and he tried to punch me but my hand just moved and blocked. My head was on the table and one of my friends wanted to slap me but my head moved by it's own. Now I have meditated and I am now able to access the form at will

    Everyone has a taste of ultra instant at least one in there life. It’s when your in the zone your reflex’s are heightened and you know where your body has to be in just the time. I reached this a few times but lost the ability within seconds but the adrenaline is a huge rush your really focused and your mind feels like it’s only locked in the task in hand. For me one time was playing call of duty I was cornered but managed to hold my own against the whole team and wiped them out. It could been a stroke of luck maybe but it was unreal I turned and shot in all directions and even ducked just the right time. It was not true ultra instinct as I did get shot a few times in the game but not enough to get killed.
