Brother trek leader maximum use bnaya jata hai jo treaking team mai sbse jada experience wala ho ya jisne jada course kr rkhe ho but koi compulsory Nahi Hai aap BMC krke bhi bn skte ho and agr kisi company me job kr rhe ho to dhire dhire apke perfomance ko dekh kr bna skte hai.

Sir Kisi company mein apply krne K liye minimum kitne treks krne pdte h is there a specific number or 2-3 treks are enough??
BMC bhi kafi hota hai baki aap jitne kr rkhe honge usse apka sallery packege ke liye achha hota hai.
