Somehow the measurments doesn't match my desgin so I had to use Sectioning tool and it sovled the issue but makes another problem , it keeps cutting all parts that comes its range , so yeah I will try again and see

For assembly, I used Contact constraint and achieved the same result instead of coincidence.
Is it ok?

Problem : while applying coincidence constraint "geometry not published" dialog box opens. Thus operation can't be operated.

In this diagram part 1 and part 3 why the angle should be taken as 15° and in part 2 diagram the angle should be taken as 75°. What is the reason I didn't understand can you explain it once?

Actually, sir, I am facing a problem during assembly when I apply coincidence constraint on facing or different axis of different part this and update all then this error comes into play
Error: Ignored constraint: the system of constraints is inconsistent or over-constrained
please help me to solve it.

You are applying opposite constraint, on same surface. Delete constraints and reapply constraints properly.
