    I haven't grown enough green onions yet to preserve. We eat them up like crazy. I plan to grow more for saving. Thanks for sharing!

    I'm off grid, so air-drying mine. Also trying them as pickled onions. Haven't tasted those yet, as I only put them in jars today

    Can you dry them by hanging them in a cool dry place? Similar to drying herbs?
