I think the best option is Gardner minshew and I don't like the Jets so I don't want that to happen. I think the most likely is probably Carson Wentz. Taylor heinicke would also be a pretty good bet though I'm not sure they could get him. He doesn't have the greatest talent in the world but he has the ambition and drive. I think Gardner minshew has just been underrated his whole career and could probably do all right with that talent level on the Jets offense.

@@johnsbeerbreath I think he would make a decent starting quarterback if just given the chance. He's never had a real shot and maybe he never will. I think that would suck because I think he's got a lot of potential but his career is already starting to get away from him.

What I believe is missing in this whole equation is the O Line! The majority of these names being thrown around are not going to be able to stand up against rushing defense that are able to penetrate our O Line. We’re going to have to find someone that’s going to be able to escape, run and accurately throw if possible!

I saw Mike White destroy the Memphis Tigers in the Boca Raton Bowl @ the FAU Campus Stadium when he was the Quarterback for the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers! I don't know why they traded Mike White. Here's another Quarterback who might work. AJ McCarron! My opinion might be a little radical, however I would consider talking to Tom Brady and Matt Ryan. I agree with the Commentator. The Jets Defense is really good. With the right Quarterback, they can be a Contender! The Jets need a top Quarterback. Here's one more Quarterback who I believe can still make an impact. Ben Roethlisberger! He's one of the Best, in my opinion. And another is Carson Palmer. Maybe Ely Manning would come out of Retirement. The Quarterbacks I mentioned all are Great Quarterbacks and have Proven track records. I also thought of Nick Foles and Ryan Fitzpatrick too!
For Mac Jones the Patriots would probably want a first round pick and a top Jets WR.

People are going to think this is nuts, but let it swirl before you reply.
The solution can help two teams:
(1) Fire Nathaniel Hackett as your coordinator, (2) trade for Russell Wilson, and (3) steal away Darrell Bevell or Brian Schottenheimer as the new O.C., or go after Shane Waldron.
Jerry Rosburg worked great with Russ and the z to cos at the end of last season. Hire him!
Any of them can resign and might be willing to do so if the Jets make it worth their while. If not, find a worthy O.C. who fits Russ’s style. Hackett ain’t it!
Due to Rodgers’s premature injury, the Hets owe the Packers no draft capital, so they have draft capital to throw at Denver.
The Jets will be receiving the Seattle version of Russ. He’s in the best shape of his career. His arm looks fantastic. He showed that he can adapt because he has taken to Payton’s system like a fish to water.
I like Payton and Russ together and believe they would get it done eventually, but are the Broncos a playoff team this year? Probably not.
Does Russ want to wait until next year to start competing again? No.
Does Russ probably regret going to Denver, despite the Payton hiring and that awesome defensive secondary? ABSOLUTELY!
Robert Seleh is VERY familiar with Russ and what he can do to defenses, and likely has tremendous respect for Russ.
With Russ gone, the Broncos can begin a bottom-up rebuild with Stidham at QB.
Stidham can afford a rebuild year or two. Russ cannot afford to waste years but is willing to endure a rebuild because he can see the reward on the other side.
Russ is great with younger players.
Stidham will never start over Russ because we can see that Russ still has his stuff.
I really wish the Russ-Broncos trade had worked out better. Everybody does. It didn’t because of Hackett.
But another blockbuster involving Russ going to the Jets, who were initially interested in Russ when the Broncos traded for him, will set both teams straight.
The Jets just need to fire Bathaniel Havkett as the coordinator, unless he and Russ are crazy enough to try working together again. I seriously doubt that.
We all know that Hackett was only hired in Denver because the Broncos thought he could lure Rodgers, and that he was only hired in NY to work with Rodgers.
Russ to the Jets can work. Within two weeks, Russ will have that squad winning, and Stidham is ready to be a starter.
The Broncos still won’t be a playoff team, but their fans will love the change because they’re clamoring for a young, prototypical size QB.
Let’s remember one more thing: Russ and Ciara were at one time trying to get to the NYG!
That was the trade we all THOUGHT might happen two years ago.

Russ probably can’t get away from Denver’s ungrateful low-IQ, Trump-supporting fans fast enough.
Russ to the NYJ. It’ll be great for both teams.
The Jets can compete immediately.
Russ may be willing to take a pay cut to make the trade happen (as did Rodgers).
The Broncos can rebuild and recoup the draft capital they gave Seattle for Russ.
The Broncos fan base can relax a little bit more on the expectations for this year and feel okay about it because Stidham isn’t making $50M a year.
The Broncos will have more cap space.
The Jets fan base will embrace that trade because Russ has shown his old self recently, and he’s certainly a better option than Zach Wilson.
That is the trade, unless the Jets want to take another swipe at Sam Darnold.
The only problem with Russ being traded is that the Broncos won’t want to pull the trigger unless it’s after the Jets-Broncos matchup, or unless the Jets agree to sit him for that game.
Suck it up with Zach Wilson, and consider this yet another year of J E T S football.
These guys don’t even know the jets financial situation.
It’s a team of young players. They still have cap room.
They should do their homework
The Jets will start Zach Wilson and do what they said they might do back in May, which is to re-sign Joe Flacco. The only backup QB option that doesn't cost draft capital or a heap of money like Matt Ryan would. Jets only have about $10 million in cap left and they need to keep some of that in case of another key injury somewhere. Flacco has been a backup here for a couple of years anyway, just re-sign him.

Jets did reach out to the rams about stafford before aaron rodgers,so yea if i were them i would just ask what they need maybe get some offense lineman lets be real stafford not a scrub like the rams you give him what he need im sure he can help the jets... i believe wentz wouldnt really be the option judging by the last 2 stops ..the jets should swing for the fence and just go for it i mean what else they got to lose heck they should see if Andrew Luck wants to come back.
