Agree Carl, your guitar picking is little prettier in the C position/capo 2. I like when the fiddle melody drops down an octave in A section guitar in A position/capo 5. You two are real “toothpullers”. 😂
Beautifully played. I suppose the position depends some on what other instruments are available. With a mandolin and/or banjo but no bass player, would open or capo 2nd fret be better? Also, even the backup players take the lead once in a while... would love to hear what you'd do with that tune on the guitar! Thank you for posting, I'll be looking for more of your videos!
