    The diorama puts these into context. Very cool Twin Tails DJ. I like the subtle difference between them. The windup version was neat. All fantastic my friend. 😘😘😘👍👍👍👍

    Who else feels mentally disturbed after seeing that first moving twin tail toy.. Also I have a question, why are the older vintage bandai movie monster toy's have very off colours, they were probably made before or during post production but the colours just look so bad and easily looks like a Chinese knock off.

    • @MyToyMuseumDJ
      @MyToyMuseumDJ  ปีที่แล้ว

      If one doesn't get disturbed seeing those Kaiju figs one's a true Tokusatsu nerd. Most of vintage soft vinyl figures (Sofubi) were moulded in any colour at the time of production and some streaks of spray paint work was added in casual way - so they all look different and that's the charm of vintage Sofubi. Thanks for watching and commenting. Much appreciated!

      @@MyToyMuseumDJ Thanks but why they had to do it that way? Also when these vintage ones were made? And when did they started to have more accurate colours? And also does Bandai still makes ultranan vinyl figures (the 2000-2009 or rereleases) or are they done with that line and focusing on the Ultraman ginga line? I got like 17 ultraman ginga toys, most of them are literally the monster figures because they look cooler.

      @@Tyresaurus Sofubi goes back a long way like 60's. Back then there was not much of conception on accuracy and naturally no one cares too much on complicated paint application either. There were so many manufacturers big and small but more accurate approach was started say much later - mid 2000 and onward. Now all painted by machines not hands and more complicated works can be done with much less cost. However, I love recent ones but I still cherish old school. If you search Hobby Link Japan you will be able to see many sofubi figures.
