The detail of your sim is amazing. I was wondering if anyone was working with your UDP tool to create instrument panels for touchscreens? I know there is the DSKY tool, which is great, but I could see the UDP being used to create a program that could allow a user to create panels with switches and instruments to replicate on a touchscreen to work with (for example, a graphic of a switch on the touchscreen can be thrown using the touchscreen to manipulate the switch in game). Another idea would be for your MCOR sim, where you could have a station like the EECOM station replicated on a touchscreen, so you could look around using trackir but still have the display on the touchscreen as if you were seated at the desk.
That's a good idea, like an external EXE file with a "panel designer". The external CMC/LGC DSKY project is a bit like this where players run this on an external touch enabled device to control the computer in Apollo.
It wouldn't be too hard to have a panel designer mod, many of the switches and buttons are pretty much the same , it would just need a way of linking a switch/control graphic to the UDP tool. Similar to a program called Helios that DCS and BMS flight sim players use.
@@Andrew-13579 Hi! That’s great! Hope you will enjoy them! Not sure yet but hope so. Apollo 8 would be amazing, but also some of the earlier Mercury or Gemini missions:)
@@ReentryAnOrbitalSimulator Maybe all the other Apollo missions, too? But that sounds like a lot of work! Then again, Reentry looks like it has been a humongous amount of work to this point! How about Apollo 18, 19 & 20? Maybe it’s possible to use AI to generate the radio dialogue using the voices of the astronauts who might have flown these “flawless” missions to moonscapes we haven’t seen? And a big maybe: a mission designer tool to allow us to create trajectories and flight plans to any part of the moon that Apollo could reach…even to the far side with the help of a radio relay spacecraft at the Earth-Moon L2 point (or L3 & L4 points)? Maybe even fictitious structures like a series of 1000-foot tall microwave relay towers for far-side communications; and an Arecibo-like radio telescope in a crater on the far side. A couple features I’d really like in Reentry: -multiplayer, 2 or 3 players in the capsule -and completed VR Thanks for a great simulator!!
Your work is worth your weight in gold. Cannot thanks you enough. Long live RENTRY
@@icarus1273 oh, thank you! I will soon release me MR3, MR4 and MA6 historical missions too :)
Amazing. Bless You
What a great idea, not only to make Ap13 as a campaign, but to present it as a complete tutorial on TH-cam.
Thx for reentry 🤗
This is awesome! I've been waiting for this since I found out about Reentry!
Ahh I'm so excited to see you have new content! This 'game' is more like an obsession!
Ive always wanted this in Reentry!!!! Nice job Petri!!!

Well HERE WE GO!
Very good Petri!
This is amazing I remember asking for this last year so to see it in action is amazing. How do we access it if possible?
@@Madison-in-da-house yeah! It should be live, accessible from the Campaigns section from main menu. :)
This is awesome!! I'm just starting these videos!
Do you have any plans to add other missions like this for Apollo 8 and 11, and maybe the others?

Oops, I meant L4 & L5.
A bit off on this one. Is a DLC downloadable?
@@Gomendio Hi! The game is available in the latest patch from the Campaign menu.
@@ReentryAnOrbitalSimulator didn’t noticed. I’ll check that out
