The village is not maintained well with many empty shops sadly. The other downside is the hefty association dues! (HOA etc). I just checked and a two bedroom townhome or a 3 bedroom condo each have additional fees of OVER one thousand per month!
I was going to buy a house when they were $300,000 sitting right on the water, when nobody wanted it. Now the same house is cost over 2 million dollars and the lake is just water runoff from drains. Not worth it anymore...

It’s a beautiful place to retire but terrible summer. Cali people might want to buy here.

The Village in Lake Las Vegas is worthless nothing amazing there including the dumpy Hilton spells like sewer in the Hilton and high HOAs
