Looks nice. I called today as was going to book the Splendor Suite for this coming summer in Scandinavia/Baltics, but I misread the prices thinking it was per suite, rather than per person (duh). My partner and I were going to forget the whole thing, but now are considering the Concierge Suite. Still a lot of bread to us, but seems like a nice treat after being cooped up for so long.
We stayed in exactly the same kind of room as viewed in this video. There was room under the bed where we stowed w large suitcases. I am not sure of the length of the tub but my husband is about 5’8” and enjoyed the tub. The shower is wonderful along with everything else on the ship. You will enjoy it! We took the maiden voyage from Barcelona to Miami so we spent a lot of time on board.
Thank you for your video. I am considering going on Regent Seven Seas specifically the Splendor. Background. I am 63, cruising for 40 years, married for 40 years and have done 23 cruises. Our first cruise was the SS Norway in the cheapest cabin onboard. Our next cabin will be on the New NCL Encore to Alaska. We have the H2 Haven Deluxe Owners Suite. You can see our transition over the decades. I have fought going to the Luxury category because of price and size of ship. We like huge ships the best. Yet as the years pass, we seem to be striving for a higher quality experience. Let me add, my wife can be intimidated if a cruise, hotel or resort is to fancy. We are somewhat laid back kind of people. What I was considering was the Splendor, 10 day Caribbean cruise in 2022. Less expensive and gives us an opportunity to try the brand. Now the very difficult decision of, which cabin category. The cheapest, Concierge or Penthouse. Any advice you can give will be well received. If we like the experience, we will look to Europe for our next cruise. thank you for your time.
Hi. Thanks for watching the video. I think you should have a fan experience on Splendor. I have a couple other videos to help you get ready. th-cam.com/video/ssPTb56L2NI/w-d-xo.html
@@InTheLoopTravel Pull it off the wall?! Won't they get mad by taking the TV off the wall? () I suppose it must have fairly long wires. But, why would someone want a TV *in* their bed?
Is there room under the bed for luggage storage? We are booked for a 2021 cruise for 17 days and I am worried if there is room to store our luggage. (other than cluttering up the closet) Also, the tub looked like a deep soaker tub, but is it 5', or 6' in length? Thank you!

I like the decor and colors used on this ship, superior I believe to the Explorer.
Very pretty camera lady. Very nice looking suite. The wood trim in the closet doesn’t look as nice as the rest of the suite though.
Yes, indeed! Thanks for watching. Happy travels!

We are going on this ship from Miami to Lisbon in March to April 2023
Have a wonderful crossing voyage. Thanks for watching.
How practical is it to view the TV from the bedroom for both occupants?
It actually worked fine. As long as you pull the TV off the wall to get your desired angle.

Yes. There is under bed storage,. We put two larges suitcases under. The tub is deep and it's about 5 feet long.
Yes, there is plenty of room under the bed for luggage. We were on the Splendor in November…an outstanding experience.
LOUSY VOLUME....PLEASE FIX IT!!!
Happy cruising. Thanks for watching.
