The first time a stayed at this resort was in 2005 with my family I was 15 years old and we loved it so much that my parents bought a time share. We’ve stayed several times since and also we have exchanged our week to stay in Beach Place Towers in Fort Lauderdale that is also great resort but it has some issues like the elevators and parking. It’s a shame that the once beautiful golf course that the hotel had as its view is now full of buildings. Still a great and beautiful vacation club. Really enjoyed your videos, keep up the great content !
It is a shame that they never fully built out the resort at Villas at Doral, instead opting to sell off the remaining land to what is now apartments or condos. We have stayed at Beachplace Towers and like that property too except for the parking and elevators as you mention. The parking fees is really what stops us from going back. Almost $100 extra for a week, no thanks. The views there are great though, regardless of whether you have ocean or intracoastal views. Thanks for watching and glad that you are liking the content. There is plenty more to come in 2021!
