This is the problem with different cultures/languages, While cookie has a sexual context in Western interpretation, in Korean terms it's more about making a CD and giving it to the boy you like. Kind of back in the day when you would make a mixtape for the person you like. In the mv you do see CD's appearing in the video.
Nah I definitely get that and I understand that. I just feel like with how big kpop is that someone with a western ear would’ve heard this track and maybe gave some notes or adjustments.. I’m definitely not one to tell people to change their culture or slang but nowadays these songs will be Global hits

Regardless of the issue of the lyrics, I still like the beat of the song. It doesn't take away from the girls' talents either because they had to sing it. Can't change history so if someone doesn't like it, then ignore it and move on.

They "addressed" the issue even though not everyone agrees with what they said. All we can do is move forward now from this. We just hope it doesn't happen again in the future.
