I'm not. Her ideology supersedes her reasoning.
@@FestusParker-sm9ggawww poor thing
The way this man loves and believes in his wife is outstanding
This woman is an American treasure.
Brilliant, lovely interview!!!
Teared up towards the end.
Long may Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson hold forth on the SCOTUS!
She's a prolific questioner who sounds like someone who seeks All the Facts in order to make a truly Fair and Just decision in whatever case comes before the court.
Exactly. I would add that in order to make a FAIR and JUST decision, KBJ asks questions that clarify the basis in law that supports litigant's positions.
If you listen to Supreme Court audio hearings, youll notice shes usually the sound of reason.
@youmustbejoking...umm, she does ask questions, and that is to the good...the bad: her understanding of the law is pitiful...when she indignantly argued that the 1st amendment hamstrung the government it showed a complete lack of understanding of the relationship between we the people and the government, as that is EXACTLY what the constitution is designed to do...simply put, we own the government (and honestly we're doing a sorry job right now), the government does NOT own us...
@@JohnPublic-dk7zd do you listen to Supreme Court hearings when they come up? I do
You should hush before you continue to make yourself look foolish in a TH-cam comment section
She is too easily pushed around as witnessed by her not knowing what a woman is nonsense before she was put on the Supreme Court.
We are lucky to have someone like her on the panel. We need more thoughtful judges like her.
A judge who could not even define what a women was when asked in the senate?
She’s absolutely brilliant!! I love her and Dr Jackson!! Life goals-
Judge Ketanji is more brilliant than any Judge in the Supreme Court ever
If Norah O'Donnell does more things like this, bravo.
Liberal puppet. She's leaving prime time, no? Maybe morals caught up with her lies.

About time
The second baby died while “comfort care measures” were provided. The third baby was previable and did not receive any attempts to preserve his or her life.
It does not appear that any of the babies born alive in botched abortions survived.
She's brilliant and wonderful!
Questions are the only way to get to the TRUTH!
What is a "woman"?
@@SpartacusColoI don’t want to see her until she has the answer!
*only questions* ?
*what about experience/s* ?

She's working hard and doing her job to protect our democracy and our rule of law. Hang in there, i know it must be frustrating. Thank you for all you do.
Thank god for her and the other two sane women there!
Really?
Great interview!
She is so intelligent, principled, and dignified. ❤

But can't answer the question " what is a woman ". Seems to be lacking in the intelligence department.

Yet some men would criticize her husband as being soft when he’s clearly a man that’s secure, brilliant, in love with his wife and not afraid to show all forms of emotion. 💙💙💙💙
She said the key word ‘impartiality’. I can’t think of any job more important to have ethics than a judge! My goodness, Clarence Thomas is a disgrace.
Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito should be, well *are* , disqualified to hold any office under 14:3.
They are insurrectionist supporters. Congress should make short shrift of these traitors.
Racist. He's a black justice. How dare you? Are you confused?
It's not just Thomas. Roberts and Alito and holier than thou Gorsuch are just as bad. Thomas just had a head start on them. It's just as disgraceful, imo, that the Chief Justice should be lacking in leadership and as spineless as Roberts has shown himself to be.
@barimusb5273, how on Earth did you deduct racism from that statement? You're way off base. Get a grip!

Great interview, very inspiring.
A Supreme Court Justice with integrity, honesty and ethics. Imagine that!
Hope this brilliant lady becomes Chief Justice!
Can we make her Chief Justice?
No. Not yet. She does not have the tenure.
@@yvonneplant9434 , what are you referring to? I don't see anywhere about a tenure stipulation to be nominated by the President.
No. Never going to happen!!
Tenure has nothing to do with it. Roberts was put on the court as chief justice
