Terminal 4 Heathrow baggage reclaim, damaged suitcases desk , after 2 long flights tues 19th sept 23, one of our cases was damaged , the small desk dealing with damage suitcases were unhelpfull ,very rude and Arrogant ,a Dark Indian chap behind desk came out became aggressive, shouting waving his fingers, and Indian girl behind desk grinning with a smirk on her face, and in a heated discussion threatened that we cant leave ,threatened us calling security, she even said "I dont give a F_ _ _ We said call security and after a long time the Customer Services Manager came and said they have no rights to hold us and we have to contact Quatar Airline These 2 Unproffesional Idiots should be sacked ,they caused us a lot of Stress ,when after 2 long flights, tired we wanted to get home ,they wasted a couple of hours of our time, suitcase was smashed ,cant use again, Has anybody else had the same experience , and what stong action can we take
@@preetharer9329 the whole way took me around 30min, the video was really helpful specially when reached the escalator it was confusing a little bit, the buses come every 5 minutes or less so don’t worry if you missed the bus, and follow the purple signs, the video explained everything thing exactly, word of advice before your trip watch the video it will be good reference, really appreciate sharing the video with us.. have a nice flight and enjoy your trip 😊

I agree, but if watch it and follow it no need for translation, this is what I did and it saved me, just follow the instructions and the purple signs, when you reach the escalator don’t forget to use the escalator and don’t go straight at that point! This bit will be confusing when you are in the situation of running to catch up your next fight 😅 .. enjoy your fight

I don’t think you require transit visa if you are travelling from Uk, you may require if you are travelling from Germany 🇩🇪, but you can check with your airline by calling them on their helpline.

They should build a transportation system like a little subway or anything else easier and faster...
