My hummer h3T has a 5' bed. You happen to know if this camper would run well on one of those trucks? I know a lot of the sport bars and bed accessories for the gladiator work for it so thinking this would too. Great video tour.

LOVE the build for sure.....if I were to go this route I would get the Diesel though and you'll get over 22mpg no matter the weight or what you're doing with it.
diesel payload won't accommodate this weight
The diesels are junk. Made in Italy. They are having catastrophic failures at low milages . There is no way of knowing when or if your diesel is one of the ones about to go. Jeep is not covering these unlucky folks either ! Go research and read some of the horror stories.

Will not fit in most parking garages. Im looking at ordering one and figured that out already.

ooo that's a good question, I honestly don't know. Any off road or overland shop should be able to order one for you.
Check the “Hourless Life” on TH-cam, they have the same on their Gladiator and are traveling around the world on their channel.
It would be nice to actually see the awning and not just see the people talking about the awning .

As an older person with a now secure income, how does anyone pay for all this luxury? the vehicle is in the 50k plus range and unknown mods, then the camper kit has to be over 10k. any job thats lets you make enough to buy this kit only gives a month or so of vacation time.
I guess I am jealous of the freedom capability but hesitant on the price.
I can't speak for other's but saving and budgeting is all I can say for us.

If jeeps are highly rated on this channel then WHY are jeeps stranded on side of roads so often? Fords are the same..
1st and foremost there are more Jeeps offroaders / overlanders than any other vehicle by far. So logically you'll see more " broke down. " Another reason for this is extreme modifications. Folks that use 4 " and over lifts , 40 " tires with major backspacing etc are the ones you see having the most issues but this is true for all offroad vehicles. You change the vehicles engineered geometry too much and your going to have problems.
