Today I have been listening to gentle rain and rumbling thunder. It has been helpful in calming my anxiety down. Usually I only listen at night to help me sleep, but today it helped to calm me!
I lived in Jaco beach Costa Rica for awhile, omg the rainy season Thunder was like you were in the clouds and the thunder was all around you. It was Amazing 🎉
To anybody who's reading this, I pray that whatever is hurting you or whatever you are constantly stressing about gets better. May the dark thoughts, the overthinking, and the doubt exit your mind. May clarity replace confusion. May peace and calmness fill your life.

I really love this sound of rain. It's very natural not like static sounds. I like the subtle sounds of random thunder not repeated sounds. I could go on . ❤
THIS, here, is what I have been searching for in a rain/thunder sound...slow and rumbling...very peaceful, and I appreciate the black screen. I think this will be my lullaby every night. Thank you so much😊
I'm sorry that happened. I know that's really annoying. Rest assured I have disabled mid-video ads for this exact reason but TH-cam still forces them in sometimes in the middle of videos which is frustrating to say the least. Some people have found that skipping the video to the end when you start watching and then restarting it prevents these ads coming up. Also, if your internet connection drops at any point during the night TH-cam will force another ad as it thinks the video is 'starting' again so try and use Wifi if you can instead of LTE. Alternatively, TH-cam premium will prevent ads, but I know not everyone can afford this so you can also listen to my work as seamlessly loopable tracks on Spotify, Apple Music....etc. Just click the link in the description/comments :)
Please don't throw in a loud stupid commercial after l get to sleep l am angry over this ,,and it wakes you up out of a peaceful sleep ,,Please l hope this is a great soothing sleep
There's only an ad at the beginning of the video, I disable mid-video ads on all of my videos :) Make sure you're on Wifi or have strong signal for a continuous connection (if it drops and the page reloads TH-cam sometimes forces another ad in because it thinks you are 'starting' the video again).
