when I said 2 - 3 days, I meant the good and crunchy taste, but they will stay eatable but the taste will be not that good, and no worry needed of food poisoning. you can fry them one time as your mother do, but frying them twice help making them more crunchier

I put 1 potatoe puré before to put the flour, and i fry them only once. It s my favourite lebanese sweet. It s the one that brings me back to my childhood and to my granny's lebanese kitchen
They last1 or 2 days without problems

Hi, please answer my questiom if possible😊
If we want to make these ahead of time, after the first frying do we have to keep them at room temperature or in the refrigerator?
