Very well explained. Perhaps these physiotherapeutic techniques could be helpful to coronavirus patients with pneumonia.

    Hi.
My two weeks old baby has a problem with her left hand from birth. We were encouraged by the nurses and doctors it's a minor problem and will be active in a week. It's not happening. He still cannot use that hand.
Our government hospital psycho department refused to admit us and we can't go to the only children's hospital now as a result of the corona virus pandemic, because the hospital is on quarantine.
How can I be helping my baby at home?

In babies, using the cupped hand procedure for percussions is not safe. Not everyone can handle it, most of the babies require the percussion through the fingers because they are fragile. Kindly don’t follow this blindly. In preterm infants you will end up bruising them or worse fracture of the ribs.

Agree.. For pediatric, we should use 2-3finger during percussion. Thank you.
