Enchilada tacos:
1-2lbs chicken breast trimmed and placed in crock pot
1-2 cans enchilada sauce
1-2 pkgs taco seasoning
Give a good mix and cook on low for 6 hrs.
39 mins before it gets done shred chicken and top with shredded cheese
When done place in tortillas
Butterfinger Cake:
1 box chocolate cake baked according to directions
1 bottle caramel sauce
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 container cool whip
Butterfinger candy bars crushed
Vanilla
Powdered sugar
When cake is baked and cooled poke holes with the handle of a wooden spoon top with sweetened condensed milk, caramel sauce let seep into cake sit aside
Mix 1 container cool whip with 1 tsp vanilla and powdered sugar to preference whip thoroughly spread over cake then top with crushed butterfingers
I seen Butterfinger Cake and made me stop what I was doing and get right on to watching. I’m a sucker for anything Butterfinger. 😋

I have a butterfinger no bake cake recipe my friend gave me. Pull apart an angle food cake, stir in crushed butterfingers and cook whip (I make my own). Let it set up in the fridge. It is SO delicious! I will have to try your version at some point this summer.

Crock pot is even better the easier the better.. I love how you are comfortable with making videos you have ventured out of just your crafting which I adore as well I remember your first video you were so nervous now my crafty lady you are comfortable... You can use applesauce instead of oil same amount to keep it moist and a bit healthier... It works good... Wonder if you could also add some crushed up butter fingers in the cake mix too ... Your shirt looks pretty on you... This cake looks delicious oh my gosh amazingly good.... What does the powder sugar do to the whipped topping??? Does it thicken it to make it more denser???? Vickie you know you should save the trimmings off of your chicken and beef or pork and the bones of each and put in individual freezer bags and freeze until you get enough of each to boil up in water to make home made broth ! It’s more nutritious and taste better than store bought and you add the seasoning you want, and save money , you can also start a freezer ziplock bag and add veggie scraps and onion and garlic skins to the bag to make a wonderful veggie broth for soups.or stews !!
