The problem here is that firstly its often against the rules to wear gang clothing. its in the shop so the gang can easily get it (dont ask me why there isnt a gang only clothing option). the second problem is that he could pull of shit with the clothing and get the gang in trouble for no reason, even getting them banned. i think the guy tried to be polite about it, there were a lot of warnings, a lot of chances. if a guy with a gun from a gang tells u not to wear stuff out of their gang, you take it off. otherwise its fearRP violation and you are prolly getting punished. its not fake internet gangsters, its just some dudes trynna play

These kind of servers suck ass, & if p2w is a thing it’s literally unbalanced asf it aint even good PvP, I would rather play regular GTA cuz at least its fair. A good game is where you use skill to kill people not some bs like that.

In rp rules they usually say if a civilian is wearing gang flag or clothes you have to ask them to take it off. If they don’t comply then KOS is fine
