Charles actualy requests changes be made to the script he used. The script called for Mario to say things like "uu lose, tr again", etc. but Charles knew that it would made Mario too mean.
As cursed as the floating head is, we have this to thank for giving us Charles Martinet because if I remember correctly the floating head thing was originally used by Nintendo at trade shows and people could actually talk to Mario, and it was Charles Martinet providing the capture and The voice
Have you tried using Adobe enhance on these lines to see what it would sound like? It probably could rid of that crispy sound at the beginning and end of each line.
oh wow this is a good discovery! i wonder if it'll be just as easy to chroma-key out the purple background as the blue backgrounds were in the windows version
smg4 should use these voice clips in his future videos. unless some smg4 fan uses them in restored versions of past smg4 videos along with restored version of game soundtracks from the snes, n64, gcn, gba, etc... consoles made by various fans using the original synthesizers and samples.
Okay, this is epic.
Looks like a good day for you!
@@tomcat1768 don’t talk so dirty.
Feels unreal hearing this in better quality
The first appearance of Charles Martinet, simply beautiful. ❤❤
Even though people keep thinking it’s the older version one that came out in 1992, but it’s actually this one that came out in 1994
Thank whatever deity you berelieve in, because Charles can still pull it off.
The audio is absolutely great with these advances
oh my god I found it
Yay, I love the audio quality so much.
LUIGI!!
I just noticed Mario’s eyes are brown in this game, but as far back as the Japanese box art for Super Mario Bros., his eyes are blue.
Oops.
texture error
I just wanna flat out say I am missing Charles in doing Mario's voice.
The new actor, however, shows little to no difference in the voice.
I even tweeted to him about it, saying that I feel bad that he's leaving.

And interplay's like "Well... Okay then! Whatever works the best for this!"
@@Mike-77-YT Exactly!
Mario’s voice is now clean
Lucky for this game to have better audio quality than sequel...

So this is where the weird Mario head comes from
If only this didn't have those frameskips
Surreal.
